I'm Myles Mellor, an AI consultant based in the Derbyshire Peak District. I help owner-run businesses of roughly 5 to 50 people find where AI would actually save time or money, and then build one thing that works. I come to you across Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and the East Midlands, and work remotely anywhere in the UK.

How it works
It starts with the Diagnostic: a two-hour session at your place, or by video, with you and whoever does the day-to-day, looking at how the work actually gets done. Then about two hours of my own time turning that into a short written plan — what to fix first, and what to leave alone. If it's worth doing, I build one working fix, tested on your real work. Nothing bigger until that has paid for itself.
I've run around a dozen of these diagnostics so far, for a golf club, an electrical contractor, a hairdresser, two coffee shops, a gym, a holiday-let business, a hotel operator, a skincare brand and a content studio, among others.
